Suzhou Omay general-purpose PC films & sheets are made from PC raw material by extrusion calendering, with stable temperature resistance, impact resistance, and good printability, and support die-cutting, adhesive backing, and AG/AF/AR/HC coatings. Multiple textures are available, with a wide thickness range, and they are widely used for nameplates and signs, appliance panels, helmet shells, and other fields.

Product Description

Suzhou Omay G-series general-purpose PC films & sheets are produced using a mature extrusion calendering process, with optional textures such as polished, matte, fine sand, frosted, and coarse sand, in thicknesses of 0.035–6.000mm, and widths including 930/1220/1244mm, etc. Slitting and cutting are available. The material has a temperature resistance range of -30~120℃, with excellent toughness, impact resistance, and dimensional stability. The surface is suitable for screen printing and color printing, and is compatible with thermoforming, hot pressing, and other processing methods. Widely used in various nameplates and signs, labels, automotive dashboards, model housings, helmets, appliance panels, and other applications, with a complete product range and stable delivery.
